Our Values
I believe yoga is for every body
I welcome students of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and experience levels. The spaces in which I offer yoga are a place where you are met exactly as you are, without judgement or expectation. Modifications are always available, and no pose is ever compulsory.
I am committed to your safety
Your wellbeing is my highest priority. We encourage you to listen to your body, communicate openly with us, and always honour your own limits over any external pressure to achieve.
I hold space with respect
My intention with every class, workshop or event is to create a sanctuary. I ask that everyone who joins treats each other, the space, and themselves with kindness and consideration. A respectful environment allows everyone to go deeper into their practice.
I am honest and transparent
I believe in clear, straightforward communication — about my pricing, my policies, and my teaching.
I am rooted in community
Yoga has the power to bring people together. My classes, workshops and events are not just places to exercise — I aim to create a community of people supporting one another on and off the mat. I celebrate every student's journey, whatever it looks like.
I embrace growth and learning
I am committed to continuously developing my teaching and deepening my knowledge. I approach every class, every student, and every challenge as an opportunity to learn.
I respect your privacy and trust
When you come to my classes you place trust in me. I honour that trust by protecting your personal information, maintaining a safe physical environment, and ensuring you always feel comfortable and secure in the space.
I care about the world beyond our walls
We recognise that yoga is a practice with deep cultural roots, and I teach it with humility and reverence. I am also committed to minimising my environmental footprint and operating as a responsible, conscious business.
I believe in the transformative power of practice
We know that what happens on the mat ripples out into daily life. My intention is not simply to teach movement, but to support you in cultivating strength, stillness, and clarity that serves you in everything you do.
