  • Sleepwell is a calming audio library created to help you unwind, sleep more deeply, and feel genuinely rested. It brings together guided meditations, deep relaxation sessions, and breathwork practices — all designed to gently quiet the mind and help your body release the tension of the day.

  • The library includes three types of audio practice: guided meditations to settle a busy mind, guided deep relaxation sessions to ease your body into restorative rest (including Yoga Nidra-style practices), and breathwork exercises to regulate your nervous system and release stress. Sessions vary in length, so you’ll always find something that fits the time you have.

  • The Sleepwell library is your on-demand collection of audio sessions, available to listen to whenever you need them — at bedtime, during a lunch break, or any moment you want to decompress. It’s organised by practice type and session length, so you can find the right thing quickly and easily.

  • A guided meditation is an audio practice where a calm, steady voice gently leads your attention away from the busyness of the day and towards a quieter, more settled state of mind. Rather than trying to switch off on your own (which is easier said than done), you’re given something soft and steady to follow. Sessions range from just a few minutes to longer, more immersive practices.

  • Guided deep relaxation is one of the most nourishing things you can offer yourself. Your guide gently leads you into a state of deep, restorative rest — releasing tension from the body, slowing the breath, and often following a gentle visualisation — all while you lie down in complete comfort. The most well-known form is Yoga Nidra, sometimes called ‘yogic sleep’, where the body enters profound rest while the mind remains softly present. Even a short session can leave you feeling as though you’ve slept for far longer than you actually have.

  • Breathwork is the practice of consciously guiding the breath to shift how you feel. Different techniques have different effects: some are deeply calming and activate the body’s natural rest response, while others gently clear and energise the mind. All the breathwork sessions in Sleepwell are approached with care and are completely suitable for beginners

  • Sleepwell is available as a monthly membership for £12 per month. That gives you unlimited access to the full library for as long as your membership is active.

  • No. Sleepwell is a rolling monthly membership with no minimum term. You’re free to cancel at any time, and you’ll retain access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

  • Not at all. Every session is designed to be fully accessible, whether this is your very first time trying meditation or you’ve been practising for years. Your guide will lead you through everything — all you need to do is find somewhere comfortable and press play.
