What is it?

This is a 7 day introduction to how the practices of mediation and breathwork can help you to get a better night's sleep. 

Through 7 days of audios I will introduce you to some simple practices that you can start using straightaway to give you a better night's sleep.   You will be guided through a daily audio meditation or relaxation practice that will help to regulate your nervous system, relax your body and create a calm and quiet space at the end of your day.   

All these practices combine ancient philosophy and science based techniques that can help you get a better night's sleep. They only require 10-15mins of your day. This course is a gentle introduction to really help improve the quality of your sleep. It can often be overwhelming to start something new but this mini course is designed to give you an easy introduction to start to develop a daily practice that will improve your sleep.
